In the week of Diwali, we celebrated by making our own version of Indian Barfi, a delicious sweet.
In each bowl we put 2 spoons of coconut, 1 spoon of icing sugar and a spoon of condensed milk. We mixed it all up and then rolled it into a ball, adding more coconut if it was too sticky. Then we put them in the fridge to set. The children loved them- Barfi got the thumbs up!
