Ohhhhhh exciting! We're off to the Naturalis Museum....
Yay - we are getting on a big bus!!!!
The wheels on the bus go round and round....
Row, row, row your boat....
Incy Wincy Spider.....
Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells????
we're smiling, but are we nearly there yet.... we've run out of songs!!!
Yay - we're here- let's go!
After a quick snack (singing is hungry work after all) we listened to a story with lots of different animals that have lots of different patterns! Ms. Patricia translate from Dutch to English for us.
Then we got to feel lots of different animal skins - this was from a polar bear - it looks soft, but feels coarse!
Ohhh - peacock feathers!
A crocodile skull- cool!!!!!
So, whose leg is this???? It's a giraffe bone - but only up to his knee!
So, what else is in this mystery box????
ohhhh - a zebra skin.....
Now, off on our treasure hunt - we have animals to find...... whose bum is this???
..... it's a rhino!!!
'that's a big horn'!!!!
the children looked to find the animals on their treasure list- tick - there's the giraffe!
hummmmmmm what do we still need to find?
up there - it's a SNAKE!!!!
I wonder what will happen when I press here???
OMG!!!!!!
run zebra, run - a hyena is about to bite your bum!!!!!!
have you seen THAT!
a chance to check out what it feels like to have a turtle shell on your back!
in the dinosaur room ....
we got to see a hologram of a baby dinosaur crack out of an egg
this brontosaurus didn't eat meat - but we still wouldn't fancy bumping into one!!!
back to school - yay - a double decker - party on top- or maybe just a little nap!
