We've been retelling and acting out the story of Mrs. Wishy Washy this week in the Communication, Language and Literacy room. The children LOVED the story and kept coming back to act out different roles. It's a simple story - The cow, pig and duck jump, roll and paddle in the mud. Mrs. Wishy Washy comes out and says "Just look at you! Into the tub you go!" She then returns to the house and the animals jump, roll and paddle back in the mud :) Here are some photos of the fun we had. By day 2 the children decided to take over as narrator too, so I had to change my role to 'wardrobe'!
